Recipe Ingredients

  • Maggie noodles - 2 pack
  • Maggie tastemaker - 2 sachets
  • Onion (Finely chopped) - 1 medium
  • Tomato (Finely chopped) - 1 medium
  • Capsicum (Finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli chopped - To taste
  • Turmeric powder (Haldi) - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 3 cups or as preferance
  • Salt - To taste

How to make Street Style Maggie

Making Street Style Maggie is very easy. The bet part is that it doesn’t needs much of ingredients as well.

  1. So let us start with heating oil in a pan. Add sliced or chopped onion and fry till it becomes soft.
  2. Now add chopped tomato, capsicum, green chilli and cook for a minute till these veggies get soft and slightly cooked.
  3. Add water, salt, Maggie noodles, tastemaker and stir.
  4. Bring it to boil on high heat. Lower the heat and cook till the water is absorbed well. If you like to keep some ‘Gravy’ then you can increase the amount of water.
  5. Remove from heat.

Street Style Maggie is now ready. Empty in bowls and enjoy!
