Dry Fruit Milkshake is on the top of our healthy shakes list and is an  absolute delicious way to enjoy dry fruits with this very exotic Dry Fruits Milkshake - no cooking, no soaking and an excellent drink is ready within minutes to boost your energy levels and provide comfort.

The subtle flavors of cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, lotus seeds (Makhana), raisins (Kishmish) mixed with Milk taste so refreshing and a hint of Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) takes it to another level.

I have no idea as to what goes into store bought Energy Drinks besides artificial flavors & colors, but one thing is sure, they cannot beat the nutrition and flavors of this wonderful shake made at home with just Milk and assorted Dry Fruits. This is also a great Falahari Recipe that you can blend whenever feel low and want to gain some quick nutrition. Also recommended for people who are underweight and want to gain some.

While in most of Dry Fruit Milkshake Recipes you need to soak dry fruits in water and then grind to a paste. Though it tastes good, but what about the leftover Dry Fruit Paste? Does it goes bad after some time? Or, You can store in refrigerator and use for days to come? The answer is - NO !!!

Dry fruit paste made this way (With water) looses its flavor and nutritional value after some time. So, we would recommend to make a Powder out of your favorite dry fruits and use as required for a period of 10 to 15 days. This is far easier and quick technique!

Dry fruit milkshake helps to gain weight and for best and quick results, have it after eating a banana.  Sounds weird?....try it for few weeks and see the difference.

If you are 'Diabetic', then avoid adding sugar or honey.
