  • Full cream milk - 1 glass
  • Egg (Whole) - 1
  • Cinnamon powder - A pinch
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon or to taste
  • Ice cubes - 4-6 (Optional) 

To garnish -

  • A pinch of Nutmeg or Cinnamon powder

How to make Egg Cinnamon Milkshake

  1. To begin with making this Egg Cinnamon Milkshake we need to combine milk, sugar and ice cubes in a blender jar.
  2. Break in the egg and add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Close the lid tightly and blend for a minute or two till everything is well combined and turned thick and creamy.
  3. Pour this milkshake into serving glass and add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg powder.
  4. Your homemade glassful of protein goodness is ready!
