They are spongy and packed with the nutrition and slight crunchiness of fresh seasonal vegetables. The aromatic tempering pairs up very well with the heat of green chilly and freshness of veggies. Besides, slight sourness of curd tickles your taste buds and combines perfectly with the flavors of nutty peanut coriander chutney , sambhar and rasam.
