Aloo Methi Paratha is a stuffed paratha recipe with two vegetables - Potatoes and Fenugreek or Methi. To make this Aloo Methi Paratha we need cumin seeds, ajwain, amchur, ginger, green chilly and some masalas.
This Aloo Methi Paratha makes a delightful brunch or breakfast recipe for weekends and great to be packed for school or office lunch box as well. Just a simple accompaniment of curd or pickle is sufficient to enjoy these delightful parathas or you can also pair them with Aloo Matar Curry or Aloo Tamatar Jhol in lunch or dinner.
We know that Methi has a natural bitterness, but when sauted and mixed with other vegetables and spices…it brings out a whole new flavor that becomes irresistible for anyone. So try making these Aloo Methi Parathas and you will know as to why we are saying this?
