Microwave Dhokla is perfect to satisfy sudden hunger pangs in the most healtiest and tastiest way. It is soft and spongy just as the regular Khaman Dhokla and can be cooked in your microwave in some 1 minute or so. A perfect dish to enjoy without sweating in kitchen - Instant and absolute zero mess.

All you need is to just whip the batter, pour into mugs, microwave and that’s it! You can enjoy this dhokla as a Zero Oil Snack with your favorite chutney or can also temper it with mustard seeds and asafoetida (Hing) to bring out more flavors. But serve this dhokla immediately after microwaving, otherwise it would turn dry afterwards. So this is not something that you can make in more quantity and relish whenever you want. Make it as per the servings and finish off immediately.
