Deliciously filling and a great energy snack to keep you going all day long. The best part that you can combine the ingredients in the blink of an eye and there is No Cooking involved. Our Smoothie Breakfast Bowl is loaded with Super Foods like Flaxseed, Chia seed, Oats, Curd, Honey and fresh seasonal fruits - After all, what else one could ask for a rich and nutritious way to kick start the morning?
If you are serving this Smoothie Bowl to a diabetic person, then omit adding ‘Honey’. Natural sugar from fruits would be sufficient to bring in the taste.
I used Chia seeds in this recipe as it is and it works for me, however if prefer you might want to soak these seeds in milk or water for an hour before adding to the dish.
Smoothie Bowl along with freshly made savory Whole Wheat Vegetable Crepes or Multigrain Vegetable Crepes would be a great combination for a healthy and nutritious Breakfast.
