How to make Methi Oatmeal Bhakri

To begin with making these delicious fiber rich 'Bhakri' we need to make the 'Oatmeal' or 'Oats Flour' which is very easy. Just grind plain oats to a powder and your very own homemade oatmeal is ready to which you can use in multiple dishes.

  1. Now we would proceed to making Bhakri dough. For this combine everything in a mixing bowl and make a slight stiff dough with water.
  2. Cover this dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
