Khaman Dhokla is a very traditional and popular snack from the colorful state of Gujarat. Basically, it is a steamed savory sponge cake tempered with spices for drooling aroma and usually served as breakfast or tea time snack with spicy chutneys. People also love to have it as a side dish in their lunch or dinner menu.

This whole process takes 10 -12 hours of labour. But, here we are giving an instant recipe to make these spongy, savory cakes with besan (Gramflour).
