‘Pudina’ or ‘Mint’ parantha is a delicious unleavened flat bread made with assorted spices and mint as the main ingredient. Mint has a natural aroma that cannot be locked up and when toasted on griddle, the whiff of fresh mint, cumin seeds and spices fill the atmosphere and increase your appeitite.
The taste is to die for and when paired with curries and gravies, makes a nutritious meal in itself. You can also serve it with some fresh curd and pickle as a wholesome breakfast and pack in lunch boxes too with stir fried veggies and raita. Such amazing versatility and the simplicity of recipe also makes it one of the popular foods listed in Indian and Asian restaurant menus.
