To make Paneer Kofta Balls -

  1. For making paneer balls we need to grate or roughly mash paneer.
  2. Add in ginger garlic paste, green chilli, chopped coriander, powdered spices, salt and about 1 tablespoon of refined flour.
  3. Mix to combine well. It will become like a dough.
  4. Now grease your palms with oil and make lemon size balls of this mixture.
  5. Take 1/2 cup flour in a bowl and make a thick batter with adding water. Season with salt and dip each ball in this batter and then deep fry till golden and crisp.

For Spinach Gravy -

  1. Wash spinach under tap water to remove dirt and impurities. Boil in hot water just for 2 minutes.
