This lovely combination of lemon and coriander brings a hearty bowl of soup that is just perfect to keep you warm on cold evenings. It is healthy, light and the tangy flavors of lemon feel very refreshing. The recipe is quite simple without much of ingredients and definitely a keeper for those lazy days when you just want to relish a quick bowl of homemade soup with some bread.  This recipe serves two people, but in case you have friends around…just double the ingredients.
Keeping the recipe simple and healthier we haven't added any cream, hence you can have this soup without any guilt. Refreshing flavors of lime juice and freshly chopped coriander are sure to please your taste buds. If prefer, an added doze of red chilly flakes is sufficient to blow your mind. Serve with bread, croutons, salad, baked crakers or eggs....this is undoubtedly going to be your ultimate comfort meal during winters.
Serve this vitamin rich lemon coriander soup with homemade garlic bread or healthy roasted cauliflower bites. They taste delicious together.
