Recipe Ingredients

  • Cauliflower (Cut in florets) – 1 medium
  • Minced garlic – 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly flakes – 1 teaspoon or to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – To taste

To garnish –

  • Some finely chopped mint

How to make Roasted Cauliflower Bites

  • To begin with making this delicious low fat roasted cauliflower, we need to prepare the oven first.
  • So, pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Next, in a large mixing bowl combine together all the ingredients and toss.
  • Take care that all the florets should be well coated with the seasoning.
  • Spread it evenly on a baking tray in a single line and bake for 30 minutes while turning occasionally for even baking or till tender, golden and crisp.

Roasted cauliflower is ready. Serve with an assortment of healthy dips like yogurt dip and roasted tomato bell pepper salsa.
