This ‘Cabbage Soup With Milk’ flavored with garlic and herbs is one such recipe that is worth trying on a lazy winter evening. In this recipe, we have cooked cabbage just till tender while still maintaining the bite in a thick broth of milk with mild garlic flavor and condiments without using any heavy cream. The flavors are similar to French style ‘Bechamel Sauce’.
