Recipe Ingredients

  • Guava - 2 large
  • Fresh coriander - A handful
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Green chilli - 1 (Truly optional)
  • Black salt (Kala namak) - 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
  • Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) - A pinch or two
  • Red chilli powder - A pinch or two
  • Lime juice - Few drops
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

How to make Guava Salad

To begin with making Guava Salad we need to wash them first to remove impurities.

  1. Now remove the stalk and cut guavas into bite size pieces.
  2. Also finely chop ginger, green chilli and coriander.
  3. In a mixing bowl take guava pieces, chopped veggies, black salt, pepper powder, sugar, lime juice, red chilli powder and mix to combine well.

Guava Salad is ready to serve.
