Dahi puri is yet another popular street food of India that you can easily make at home. It is equally liked by kids and adults who cannot handle the fiery Pani puri. In chaat stalls, after a round of spicy pani puris, eating a plate of soothing dahi puri is a perfect way to soothe your palate. But if you like ‘Spicy’, then add finely chopped green chilly. What makes this dish truly divine is the creaminess of curd and the right mix of spices and chutneys. Curd has to be fresh and of the right consistency.
While serving dahi puri do not miss to serve along chutneys, chopped onion, ginger and chaat masala so that everyone can enjoy their plate of dahi puri as per their preference ….as we say….CHAAT is all about individual taste!
