‘Anar Ka Raita’ or pomegranate raita is another variety of raita that can be made when you want to serve something that not only tastes good but looks truly ‘Exotic’. Recipe Ingredients

  • Fresh pomegranate juice – 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Milk or water – 1/2 cup (Adjustable)
  • Salt – To taste
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp

For garnish –

  • Pomegranate seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh coriander (Chopped) – A handful

How to make Anar Raita

  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl (Except ‘Pomegranate Seeds’) and whisk till smooth.
  • Add anar/pomegranate seeds and give a gentle stir.
  • ‘Anar Ka Raita’ is ready. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and serve
